- This discount is only applicable for AirAsia X guests who fly on the Abu Dhabi-Kuala Lumpur or Kuala Lumpur-Abu Dhabi sectors.
- The discount will be available to AirAsia X guests on showing a valid AirAsia X boarding pass.
- The boarding pass will be retained by Forever 21 at the time of redemption.
- Only one redemption per boarding pass is permitted.
- A maximum discount of 20% can be availed per transaction.
- Boarding passes cannot be pooled together to avail a higher discount.
- The boarding pass discount cannot be converted into cash.
- Damaged or defaced boarding passes will not be honoured.
- The discount is applicable on full-priced merchandise only.
